False Statements About God
None of these statements can be found in the Bible!
1) God is a Trinity
2) God is three persons
3) God is three
4) God is three separate persons
5) God the son
6) God the Holy Ghost
7) The son of God is eternal
8) The son existed with the Father in eternity
9) The Holy Spirit is a separate person from God
10) Jesus is in the Godhead
All these statements are false and are not found in the Bible. Speak only where the Bible speaks. Believe only what the Bible says and revelation of God’s oneness will come to you!

The whole counsel of God clearly teaches that God is three persons. The word trinity is a word created to help us to define a particular understanding of God. One that separates this view from others for the purpose of constructive discussion. It means nothing that it is not found in the Bible. That fact is irrelevant to the truth being revealed by its use. That those who adhere to Oneness theology cannot see the simplicity of what God has actually said and what it means stuns me. Their Jesus is a Jesus misrepresented, one so close to being a false one it scares me. The Jesus who is the Son of God seated at the right hand of the Majesty on High is the real one. Follow Him!
Consider, apart from the false teaching on the subject of the right hand of God that Oneness teachers advocate, that the Bible says Jesus (fully man, Fully God) is seated, yes that means sitting down, at the right hand of the Father. And furthermore has a promise from the Father that this Jesus who is Lord, will have his enemies as a footstool for His feet.
It is truth that the Lord (Father God) says to my Lord (Jesus Christ of Nazareth), 'Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet.'
One must receive with meekness the engrafted word of God which is able to save ones soul.

When reading this blog you will ALWAYS see that my comments are always found in the Bible. I always speak where the Bible speaks. I do not quote Roman Catholic Popes, famous preachers or anything else. I ONLY say what the Bible says.
Using terms, words and opinions are very dangerous. This is why there is a trinity doctrine. This is why there is a Roman Catholic church and all of her daughters (Revelation 17:5). When you use terms, words and opinions that are not in the Bible, heresy is the only result!
Read this blog carefully. Again you will find that I quote what the Bible says. If you choose to follow the opinion of a certain dogma, church or some other religious entity that is of course your right but you will NOT find me calling God something that the Bible does not say!
The early apostles would all agree with that. God agrees with that. Is God so STUPID that He does not know what are the best terms to use in describing himself? Is God so uneducated that He needs the Popes of Rome and their daughters (Revelation 17:5) to tell him what He is?
Does Jesus not know how to represent himself? Was God so ignorant about future generations and people that he did not know that the word "trinity" should be used about him? If God were a trinity He would have used the word trinity and other words and phrases that I have referred to. Maybe we need to help God a little. He is so old that maybe he is a little senile. Foolishness!!! God does not need your help!!!
Your "intelligence" used to describe God outside of using the Bible is foolishness. God does NOT need you! God knows who he is. God has not changed. God is one! Jesus is God manifest in the flesh (1 Timothy 3:16, John 1:14).
Ask any Jew, "how many persons is God?" He will answer "ONE". The Jews still believe today what Moses, Abraham, Noah, Isaiah and all the other prophets of old believed! God is one and not three. Jesus is God in flesh, the son of God.
I write this in love. There are many Christian trinitarians that are very sincere that love God and have received the Holy Ghost with tongues. Please study what the Bible says and release your religious past if not found clearly written in the Bible.

I must say I have not seen anyone quote Roman Catholic popes here, why on earth do you continue to harp on that?
Heresy is the result of various factors. Demonic influence, pride, hardness of heart, having an argumentive spirit, these are far more influential on the formation of heresy then words chosen to properly define a specific belief system as you erroneously and constantly imply.
You really should pray more on this, the Lord is trying to set you free from this Modalism error you are a proponent of. It was refuted long ago when a teacher named Sabellius first proposed it. Interestingly he lived in Rome so I think it is you who might consider coming out from among them!
The whole counsel of God defies and clearly exposes your error as one would expect.

I am glad to be in the same category with Paul, Peter and the other apostles of the New Testament. The trinity doctrine was founded in Rome by the Popes and the Onenss truth was taught by the apostles and prophets.
The Popes say that Peter was the first Pope. If he was, than why doesn't the Roman Catholic church baptize like Peter did, In Jesus name?
Give me one verse where the apostles baptized in the Triune formula? YOU CANNOT! THERE IS NONE!

That anyone can read the New Testament and still be a follower of the Oneness doctrinal heresy is amazing. Misplaced loyalty to something other then the Word of God is sad. That the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit are three persons who have one essence is evident in so many places in Scripture it cannot be legitimately argued against.
The baptism rite as seen in the book of Acts does in no way invalidate the truth of God's Trinitarian nature. God the Father is not the Son no matter how many ways you twist the Word. The Holy Spirit is God, Jesus is God the Son.
Who cares what the Pope's say, much of it is rot when it comes to doctrine. Peter was not the first Pope except in their vain imaginations. We certainly agree on that point, lets move on.
However Jesus Himself said to baptize in the Trinitarian manner! Who are you and what authority do you have to deny the very words of Jesus Himself to His apostles? You have none. These words came after the resurrection and are valid for New Testament church doctrine and reproof.
You need to respect the Word more than what you have as I have seen it in these forums and be sincere when you search them for truth. Man's agenda is frequently at odd with heavens.
Language has certain rules that one must obey and honor otherwise we can twist truth and make it say whatever we want to. That is the biggest problem with the heresy you so devoutly promote.
EXAMPLE: Philippians 2:5-7 (NASB95)
5 Have this attitude in yourselves which was also in Christ Jesus, 6 who, although He existed in the form of God, did not regard equality with God a thing to be grasped, 7 but emptied Himself, taking the form of a bond-servant, and being made in the likeness of men.
If Jesus was the Father then there could be no equality with God which is a divine truth revealed here. But Jesus being the Son, a separate person from Father and Holy Spirit, could empty Himself and take on the form of a man becoming a servant to men in order that they might be saved. Unless one twists the clear meaning of the English in this scripture and comes up with their own rules to interpret what is clearly said here the Oneness heresy collapses.(again)
Philippians 2:9 (NASB95)
9 For this reason also, God highly exalted Him, and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name,
Here we have God (one person distinct, the Father in particular) exalting another person (Jesus) and bestowing on Him the name which is above every name.
The Oneness heresy collapses completely here.

Does the Bible say that "the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit are three persons who have one essence"? NO!
Does the Bible say that "Jesus is God the Son"? NO!
You said in your second paragraph that "The Holy Spirit is God", I believe that but you don't. You do not believe that the Holy Spirit is God. You believe that the Holy Spirit is separate from God. You believe in a trinity, three separate persons. Each one separate from the other, each one being God. The result of that is three separate God's! That is why your statements are not found in the Bible. These beliefs are from Rome and all the trinitarian daughters have followed along with it.
I wonder what Bible you quote from. It is not the one I read. I speak where the Bible speaks and you speak where the Popes speak.
Jesus never mentioned a trinitarian baptism. He said to baptize in the "NAME". You know as well as I do what that name is but for some reason you are afraid to let go of that Catholic tradition.
If you are right about Matthew 28:19 than tell me about the Apostles. Were they disobedient or did Jesus not explain himself very good? Please respond. "Who are you and what authority do you have to deny the very words of Jesus Himself to His apostles?" These were your words to me but you cannot find one person in the Bible that baptized your way. You must believe that all the Apostles and early church were wrong in their baptism for they all baptized as I do, in the name of Jesus Christ!
I would like to keep responding to your unbiblical statements but it is getting redundant. You quote the Popes, I quote the Bible.

the ONENESS message is a revelation. The carnal mind cannot receive it. we have the revelation of the oneness of God. others like earl- he does not have the revelation of the oneness of God. I have found it to be pointless to debate with folks who don't have the revelation. for instance it is like discussing marriage with someone who is not married- but "they read about it" I received the revelation of oneness 2 years ago- by REVELATION. We have a generation of folks today trying to interpret the scriptures CARNALLY- with their head- but they need REVELATION! AND THIS FOR EARL- JESUS IS IDENTIFIED AS THE FATHER-(IS 9:6, JN 14:7, JN 14:9) THE SON- (1 COR 15:47) AND THE LORD IS THE SPIRIT- (2 COR 3:17)- THERE IS ONE LORD- (1 COR 8:6) ONE SPIRIT- EPH 4:4, AND THE LORD IS THE SPIRIT. EVEN THOUGHT THIS IS SO CLEAR- WITHOUT A REVELATION EARL WILL NOT SEE IT.
